Today, I am SOOOOOOOOO ANGRY!!! How can they do this to their customer. Singtel, is really a disappointment to me now. They promise to have the Mio Tv collected on the 29 May , but did not turn up or give me a call. Then, I called them again his time they promise to have it collected on the 1 June, which is today. And they didnt turn up again, I think they are really good at breaking promises.
I will not let this matter just go off like this. I will make sure i get to the bottom of it and demand them to give me a good explaination. Freinds, did any of you encounter bad experiences with Singtel, the bigger telecommunication provider in Singapore.
Singtel need a change of blood, to be able to keep up with its opponents such as M1 and Starhub.
Will update the outcome of this matter once i have it fixed.
